Default "the saved game can not be loaded"
Can anyone help...have a great FM 08 game going, 3 seasons in, and suddenly it won't load the game. It just displays the above message in a window and the only option is OK...

Anyone else had this? I have no backup and am worried Ive lost my game.

You probably have lost your game and is precisely the reason why you should have at least one backup just in case.

In future try and use the rolling autosave option. It saves a lot of heartache.

Damn....nothing I can try?

It's strange as I have the same game saved under a different file name from a few months back and that doesnt load either?

This has happened to me TWICE. You think I'd have learnt the first time but NOOO.

Once was because my POWER cut out while I was saving. I had just finished first season with bolton in 5th place!

Second time (very lame) Because I quit too quickly after saving. The save was done, And I quit, but now its corrupt? FFS, I had just got the HSV job in 2012.
