Missing One Teams Pictures

I have downloaded a Prem facepack, and extracted it to the graphics folder, and all the players pics come up except for Spurs (The team I'm managing). There isn't even the black silouette picture. There's nothing there. I have gone back into the folder and the spurs pics are there so i'm confused. Any help would be appreciated.

Ages ago I downloaded a Tottenham facepack and all the pictures were jpegs instead of .png's. That might have something to do with the problem?

extract it again, or download a totenham facepack

Tried both of those numerous times. In the end just re-installed the whole game and started again. Then they all appeared. Cheers for the advise though.

you could have had a config error somewhere! Normally most common problem!
