Its most likely you've got too many teams in one of the English leagues, or your missing a team or something.

You must have added or removed a team from one of the English leagues. You need to keep the number of teams in each league the same as in the original database, as the game won't let you start a game in a league with the wrong number of teams.

thanks so much what i did was take over acctrington stanley so i didnt put anyone back in there place lol
