Hmm, could you ensure that the user data folder in the editor and in the game are exactly the same. Then make sure that you have actually saved a database to the db subfolder in your user data folder.
When the game searches for databases, it will look for a "db" folder in your User Data Folder. This "db" folder should contain a sub folder for each edited database you have created, it is the databases in these sub folders that the game will list.

Its just that i always find the databases and im not sure if im suppose to have it on that one in the game, say, i make a database called edited and i have it to that as the user data folder in the game, does it have to be set to the same thing in the editor? for some reason it wont let me.
You shouldn't change the User Data Folder to the folder with the database, if you do that the game won't be able to find your edited database. The game looks for a folder called db in the user data folder, if it finds the db folder it then looks in any sub folders for databases, which is where it would find your "edited" folder.
