In the past it was said that if you applied the FM patch to WWSM you could then use the 3rd party save game editors. Has anyone tried that with WWSM 07?

well, FM Modifier 2.1 doesn't work yet with the new patch.

But when I installed the FM patch on top of my WSM and tried FMM2.1 I got further then running FMM2.1 on unpatched WSM.

Soooo, i think once FM Modifier will be fixed up to work with the new patch, we'll know more.

I just tried it and it works with FMM2.11 that I downloaded from this thread: FMM2.11

All I did was make a copy of wsm.exe, and downloaded the FM Patch instead of the WSM Patch. Only difference is that it creates a new folder in your My Documents named Football Manager 2007 as opposed to your Worldwide Soccer Manager 2007 folder.

Are not WSM and FM07 coded differently, or else why release two versions of the same patch?
