Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Imperius is infamous around these parts
Default Following up free kicks.

Despite the fact I'm at Bognor Regis I have a pretty handy free kick taker. Many of his attempts are stopped by the keeper but parried out to the edge of the six yard box. Invariably, an enemy defender is there first to clear the ball.

I want to get one or more of my players to follow up the free kick so they are there to knock in these fumbled saves (like Man U v Porto when Mourinho was still there).

The only two ways I can think of doing this are 1: in opposition instructions flagging up the keeper as "always" close down, and 2: setting someone to "mark keeper" in attacking free kick instructions.

Neither of these have worked.

Does anyone know how to do this, assuming it's even possible?

I don't really know how to do this, tried almost everything I've been able to think of but nothing seems to work..
