Also, if the classification is right (which it seems to be), we can make really good schedules and get the best out of players.
yea..I think that was the main concern. And as long as you dont go overboard with your physical training, it works fine.
Yes the most important thing in training in FM 07 is to find the limit of strength and aerobic training.I thing it should be 8-12 depending of the player,position.

yep, unfortunately the only way is trial and error. I used to do heavy preseason training, with lots of injuries... cut back a bit on strength (not aerobics) and in the 2nd season I had almost no injuries in preseason.
done the same during the year, cut back by 1 on STR and AER and immediately had better training results.
maybe I'll manage to present my training schedules one day
