I have him playing on the right wing

I have him on:

Forward runs: Mixed
Run with ball: Often
Long shots: Rarely
Through passes: Rarely
Crosses: Mixed

Creativity is set at around 17

My thinking is that since he's so good with the ball at this feet that I'll let him just run with it and do whatever he wants.

change crosses too often
change cross from to byline.

No Use this
Forward runs: Mixed
Run with ball: Often
Long shots: Rarely
Through passes: Rarely
Crosses: Rarely

..and watch him runs fast 2-3 defender and score or pass a short ball into your SC

..and dont give him to much creative freedom since hes "decisions" stat isnt that high.

Agreed. I reduced his creative freedom from 16 to 12 and he plays a whole lot better.
