Yes, don't listen to the other posters! The trick is that you have to push all categories down to none, except for goalkeeping, that has to be maximum. You should put this on right at the start of a new save because it takes around 4 months to start working but then it works like a charm. It will help players reach their pa in half a year, maximum!

I'm not sure mate. You don't really need it anyway. I'm managing Hereford, have awful facilites and about 3 terrible coaches yet still manage to develop and maintain my players to a good standard on the default schedule.

I hope the three holier than thou posters above me get a slap round their spotty faces ASAP.

To find schedules is very easy.No cheat,may be try http://fmdownloads.net/.Your design yourself one,it's so easy.

Advertise for coaches employ them as assistant manager once signed offer a new contract as a coach, keep doing this to have as many coaches as you want, will cost you in wages though.
