sheffieldbladesman Junior Member Join Date: Jan 1970 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	Training help please...... I have tried several training schedules including a few of my own but nothing seems to work, i've currently got 13 injuries and my players stats go down rather than up....I am really struggling. Can anyone point me in the right direction to a decent training schedule or give me some good tips on how to improve my schedules..... Thanks.
