I posted this in the general section, but i dont get any people with knowledge in regards to coaching answering my question so i am going to post it here.
I downloaded the 7.01 patch finally after deciding to start a new game, i play long careers min. 10+ years, i always change the coaching staff when i take over a club but with this new patch i dont seem to find if any 7 rated star coaches?? best i can find is 6 or 5 star rated coaches
Is there much difference in youth development using 7 or 5 star rated coaches? i love training / nuturing regens, and need them to progress at min. 20 CA to reach their peak at 22 years old being trained from 17, is it possible to do with 5 star rated coaches?
I need used 5 star rated coaches in this years FM so i am completely clueless how much difference there is.... care to explain??? and how to get the best out of these coaches? thanks
it must be you... there are plenty of 7* coaches around. maybe you got "filter out unrealistic targets" ticked? always untick that, because there will be plenty filtered out who are still interested.
