Hello and welcome to the yearly Lowest League player advice thread that usually dies within days of its creation. Well im about to embark on yet another journey with the Motormen of Ellesmere Port.

I will post any gems i uncover in this thread.

I would also like to add that managing a lower league team in the likes of the conference is so much more fun in my opinion than jumping in with the likes of Chelsea and Real Madrid. It feels so much better bringing success to a team near the botom than it is to win the league with a team like Chelsea. Feel free to join me in my journey through the lower echelons of the pyramid.
