one very very good and cheap player is Bogdan Stancu,you should get him for less than 500k euros
another one is torje,also very cheap

if you have a good transfer budget you should definetely get Modric for 15mil,Barzagli for 15mil,Gyan Asamoah for 13mil,Alex from Fenerbahce for 6mil,Flamini on loan...

These players should deliver to you immediately

Chris Samba for £1M - £1.8M. He's a good defender, with great aerial ability. He usually scores about 10 goals for me per season (from corners).

Plenty of investments; Stancu, Mihelic, Dzudzsak, Sakho, Saivet, Pjanic, Torje etc.

Also, Marcelo (5.5M), Adriano (£10M), M.Fernandez (£10M), Traore (£5M) - I'm not sure if Arsenal accept £5M but I offer to loan him with initial £2.5M and £2.5M buy out. Once I loan him, they have to accept my 2.5M bid and so I end up paying 5M for him.

For a defender try Sergio Ignaschiev (sp), He's free.

Got him for my AC Milan game and has been superb. Great partnership with Nesta.

So he can cut it in the Serie A and the CL.
