I played Man U at 2nd season, and i need a good backup for rooney. I realize he was good behind the striker, so i need someone who suited that position too. Need quick reply coz wazza got injured for 2 months.  |

Saha got sold, and tevez is better up front rather behind the striker IMO. My backup was jimmy briand and stancu, but they're all best up front... :thup:

Depends on how much you want to spend and who's still around for a reasonable price.
Have a look at Rafael Sobis, Higuain, Giovinco, Gyan, Ben Arfa or Aguero. Not only are they great back up, they'll all turn into top class strikers/am's in their own right if you give them enough game.

Actually, Baptista is usually rotting at Real Madrid and should be available for not much - he's a top class AM.
Have a look at Afonso Alves, Daniel Carvalho, Vucinic, Cassano, Maxi Rodriguez or Quagliarella.
