i can sign ustari for 5m from getafe for blackburn but i cant get a wp for him but i can loan him to a belgium team till he gets a wp or is their a quicker way i can get a wp for him?

Try to offer him a new contract as a "Key player". That sometimes works. Strange because people dont usually have a problem getting a WP for him.

He's Italian on my AC game, played 7 times for the U21s. He's still at Getafe though, I wouldn't contemplate buying him with only 10 for concentration.
