Hey This is my current arsenal team and I have £130 Million transfer Money to spend, only really wanna spend 60 or 70 though.

no, you don't need a keeper if you have Ustari. I would get a world class centre back like Barzagli

You need a solid backup keeper. If you still have Fabianski, that should be good enough, otherwise I would take a look at Costil, Kameni, Ochoa, etc.
Van Persie and Walcott can play in midfield if you need it, and Veloso can cover for Fabregas. I would replace Song as well though, but I'm not quite sure who with. Nordtveit can be quality if you haven't sold him yet.
