Well Execter has done much better since you last all heard me on here complaining that my side thought I was Canuck that could not manage.

Be the end of my first season with Execter I managed to turn a 18th spot in the tables to a 6th place finish.

Two older (34+) veterens dont like me, and never show up for training, I just keeping fining them two weeks pay

But I have .. surprise surprise, found the tactic this team plays best under, won a few games, and found moral up all over the place!!

With a team climbing the table, I was able to attract loaner players that I was not able to a 1.6m player from Prem, just sitting around helped me win my last 4 games of the campaign.

A couple of loaners that I had from league 2 and 1 also saw that first side on Execter was beter than benches, so I offered them contacts and away we have gone, well within my transfer budget for the year (salary is HIGH though)

So, now I will deal with my first real offseason, hopefully I dont end up trashing the team before next season.

I would not call it bragging, and I have not named or tipped.

anyway, yes Fids, the title of the thread was for your and your LOVE of Exeter.. lol

Being Canadian, I have to say that is the one thing I miss most about being here rather than in the UK, LL sports.. be it Football or Rugby (which I play). Canada is so large and the population so diverse that local leagues never really get off the ground here.

I would love to live in one town, support my local in a 2500 seat park, and hate the side down the road.. I guess we have that with hockey, but I like footy!!
