Has this happened to any of you. By the scout menu I mean where you asign the scout and his scouted players will be there just like the shortlist.
My scout had two players which where very good but after half a year they still hadn't got a scout's report eventhough they had been playing. So I tried getting scouts report and all the scouts came back to me saying he's no good?? What does a LLM - he signs the player because it's a tiny bug in the game or doesn't sign him because the scout "havn't found" him yet?

You mean, he got scouted and thus appeared in the scout's "star rating" with a couple of stars, but he didn't have a detailed report in his personal profile?

Yes, that's exactly what he means I think. Sometimes you don't get a message about a player yet he has been scouted and appears on the scout page. Not sure if its a bug, or just the scout doesnt mention everyone he has scouted.

Scouts only mention players with 4 or 5 stars, i believe. Anything below that and you won't get a news bit, but he will be in the scout's list.

I've had 0 stars players commented on cause the scout thought the lad had potential.

But yeah, it's weird having to rescout players who appear in your scouted players list because they have no scout report

Yes it's seems like he's been scouted but in the menu under player profile, the personal menu, it normally says so and so scout reported on this date that player x was a decent signing or something simular. With these players it doesn't and there are no stars? So that's why I wondered if they really have been scouted and if I could sign without breaking the LLM rules.

I would either rescout or trial them before signing. Otherwise you don't have enough info to make a decision.
