Well, if you're not willing to meddle with training, he fooks it up for you.

He also sorts out unrealistic targets in your shortlist, excluding players that are willing to come as well.

He provides you with crap advice.

He instills pessimism in the club by rating every player you have with just one star.

He's the voice of doom, suggesting you're certain to go down no matter what.

He also arranges friendlies with better teams that you hate.

That about covers it.

Assmen do what you tell them most of the time. If you're happy doing all the stuff yourself then you probably don't need one.

i'm lazy so i need one... i'm just wondering if having an assman with great motivating skills does anything for the team, whether he actually motivates them... if not then i'll have anybody!! (now i sound like a slag)
