If they've turned up in a general search, fine.

I don't agree with the idea of looking specifically for EPL reserve players though.

I meant Stevenage as an example, and most of the prem reserves I've seen/scouted wouldn't even make Woking reserves!

When I loan any players - ill give an eg: If I was the big cheese of say Ashton Utd I would scout for loans or search local teams so this could be, Man u, Man c, Bury, Rochdale, Bolton or Oldham - What do others think of this way of recruiting, wtihin the rules or....?

Scouting specific clubs is something that I wouldn't do. Just send them out to scout England and see who they come back with.
