If it moves...sign it.
(If it doesn't, sign it anyway. You never know...)

How could you possibly scout a grey player, anyway? I haven't seen the option to do so. It couldn't possibly be cheating.

All you get is the assistant assessment and he's always said the grey player in question is pants.

As manager in a real life club you would have all the chances you want to watch your non-pros play and then see for you self.
I don't think one should scout them nor have the ass.man. make assesment to apply to the LLM rules.
It would be like scouting the players which get promoted from the youth squad in FM2005 before they can play for your first team.

- Maybe one should even scout ones first team players every 3 months just keep up ?????

It's not a "how hard can I make the game" thing, remember. Deliberately not listening to what your coaching staff have to say on youngsters/grey players is not necessary to play by LLaMa guidelines.

If you have staff, and they're prepared to give you an opinion, then I'd say get it. You can just ignore them if you feel differently. Deliberately ignoring them to make the game harder is silly.

I think you misunderstood me. I just mean that your can do whatever you want with the grey players promote them, sell them, have them assesed, not have them assesed. I think they are just as much apart of your team as the pros.
