Cuoipelli C1/B 09/10
players in: 29
players out: 12

With 6 starlets gone I was left with one option: youngsters, they're cheap so it's easy to create some depth. After chasing more then 50 freshly released youngsters, I managed to sign 26 of them. Gave the best a place on the field and let the rest fight it out in the U21-league.
It worked, some of them spanked defences who earned more then half my team together. It took us a month to find the right balance but as soon as we hit the right form, we were unstoppable.

We started the season in midtable, winning some, losing some. After some changes I looked at my squad and saw that it was good. Average age on the field was 22 with 6 18 year olds. A 5 game winning streak was ended by Cosenza late december, we responded with a 13 game streak without a defeat, slowly climbing into the playoff dungeons.
Catania had been topping the table the entire season and looked at a 10 point lead late march when we had to play them. We beat them 1-0 pushing them in crisis where they only gained 2 points out of 5 games. Last time we failed around this period, giving away the title in the last few games. Not this time, after a quick pitstop back at nr 2, we made no more mistakes and grabbed the serie B title with one game in hand.

In the serie C cup we were lucky to face C2-clubs until the quarter finals. Beat sora 5-2 aggregate in tha semi final, losing it in the final by simply not scoring... My 18 year olds started feeling "the pressure of public expectation". Well no wonder, the last 4 games of the season were the C-cup final and the C1-supercup (winner C1/B vs C1/A), both in SAN SIRO, attendances in all 4 games was around 50 000 giving us a 1 million gate receipts bonus!!
The supercup away leg was very tight, Fermana won on 4-5 penalties. At "home" we gave them a 4-0 spanking, grabbing another award and taking my reputation from local to national.

serie C cup: lost 2-1 aggregate in the final vs Gela
serie C1 super cup: won 4-0 vs Fermana
final position: 1th 34g 21w 7d 6l 67/34 +33 70
bank balance: € -3'250'000
average attendance: 2241

Next season looks promosing, I should receive about 1 million in advance for TV coverage + 4 of my young stars are on 4 year contracts worth more then 5 million combined.

Try your tongues at Mandalskameratene or Jotun Årdalstangen, two Norwegian clubs

Looks like they shorten it to Llanfairpwll. I guess to save money on the signs around the ground. In fact, the Welsh clubs in the game are all fairly easy to pronounce at worst (well, provided you've got an idea of how to pronounce Welsh).

Cuoipelli C1/B 11/12

With support from the serie A youth academies, the U20's won the league quite convincing.

The serie B however was a bit more depressing. After looking at the tables from the past years, I saw that 45 points were enough to avioid relegation, no problem I figured. I couldn't be more wrong, e started relativley well with 2 wins, but after losing a few games versus top teams as Napoli, reggina and chievo, the youngsters moral took a dive and winning a game seemed harder then licking my elbows. We put down a 17 game without winning streak and dropped to the depths of the relegation zone, only Spezia were worse.
Early january we finally won a game versus promotion contender Catanzaro and moral went back in the plane. We took 24 points in the next 11 games, closing a 12 point gap between me and Albinoleffe, 1 win away from mid-table. After that morale stayed level and we avoid relegation by scrambling some points every few games. Finished 14th in a 22 teams league.

We were by far the smallest team (despite us having more then 60 players  ), the second smallest stadium was Fermana's with a capacity of 5097. We sold out every game, but our record average attendance of 2474, was the leagues record low... .
Finances were seriously boosted by us receiving 2.2 million tv revenues every season.

Italian cup: only managed one point in our group
final position: 14th 42g 13w 7d 22l 53/68 -15 46
bank balance: € -2'496'000
average attendance: 2474

Russia won the European championship after passing Spain, Italy, Germany and Sweden.
Arsenal won the Champions league on penalties versus Man U.

Next season I'm hoping to bring in some aged, experienced players and settling mid-table.
