TNS (Total Network Solutions) are the joint team of Llansantffriad (say Clan-san-fried) and Oswestry Town.

Ok, this is weird, when the game crashed I knew I hadn't saved since october-november somewhere, wich explains the 'no third tim' post.
I just loaded the savegame to see the game where it crashed. I don't get it, it takes my computer at least 5 mins to save the game, he wasn't doing anything, just closed down. :eek:

Anyway, game not dead, don't have to go trough the contracts again. update regarding FULL 09/10 coming up

Quite a depressing season. Of my first eleven, 7 were entering the last year of their contract. NONE ( ) of them even considering to extend it. I put them all on the transferlist, hoping teams would wait until the winter stop, allowing me to grab some points in the league before my team was decapitated.
It went a little different, 2 of them got offers straight away: one of my 3 good strikers and my absolute starlet, a left winger, Milan youth product. Sold them for a combined 4.5 million, wich saw us close the season with a 2.2 million profit, still leaving us in a 3 million debt.

Several teams showed interest in the remaining 5 players, but none of them made an offer. At the end of the season, they left Cuoiopelli on a free transfer, declining any contract offer made by me.
My only option was to look for promising prospects in the top teams youth division. I'll have to wait and see how many will sign.

We started poor in the league, however, so did the other teams, the difference between number 2 and 9 was never more then 6 points. We were never in real danger of relegating, but playoffs were allways a step away. I simply couldn't find a decent replacement for my left star winger so i had to field a 20 year old rooky that was afraid of the ball. Add to that that my right winger started aging and there you have it, dead wings. Late februari we managed to put down a 4 game winning streak allowing us playoffs if only we could grab 5 points from our remaining 5 games... But it wasn't ment to be, our form dropped to a final LLDXL missing out on the playoffs by 8 points and staying clear of the relegation playoffs by only 5 points.

The board was (as allways) delighted though, because, of course I was only ment to battle aginst relegation.
For the first time I also started receiving offers from serie B sides, rejected them both, looked tempting tough, one of them offered me a 9 million wage budget :eek:

from the last 5 games we needed at least 5 points to achieve a playoff position. I only managed a LLDXL wich is only 2 points. There should be a "," right before 'if only".
