Frank is the master and all knowing sage....and he will select a team for you to manage in the LL world. It's a common way for people to have a randomly selected team given to them when they want to start a new career.
Point of advice...you might try reading one of the LLM History thread that explains a lot of the LL terminology (such as Frank, Basil, Poof, etc) used in here. You will find that alot of your questions will be answered before you have to subject the masses with your questions. Otherwise, you're on your own...and you might get eaten alive in here.
Billy, can you please stop using text messaging shorthand and use proper English? It might be quicker for you, but it's not showing any respect to the reader or the strain it puts on their eyes.
Catalan on top, French and Spanish at bilingual level. English should be quite near as I got my TEFL on my last year of Uni (though that was some 6 years ago :o)
I also understand Portuguese and Italian and I used to even get the general meaning from a German text (from Old English classes though my Old English is quite rusty right now).
