Season 05/06
After the board supplying me with 0 transfer funds i sent my scouts out and bought in 2 new experianced defenders, 1 young striker and 1 veteran goalkeeper, with pre season friendlys not going to plan and injuries weakening my squad i didnt get off to a good start to the season with 1 point from 6 games and without a home or away goal so i decided to bring in a striker on loan after scoring a hat-rick on his debue and securing my first win my teams morale was boosted and things started going the way i wanted but with attendance low debt was red
With the board supplying me with 0 funds still i decided to scouerer the loan list and after bolstering up my attack and defence pre season worked out well, and with a good run of 4 wins and 2 draws in my first 8 games life was looking good from the top, till injuries kicked in and with all my loans used and the free transfers shooting me down my only option was reserves with a running 4 game loss i decided to try my luck on an ex international to add more experiance and after gaining an 8 rating and 2 assists in his first game the team got back to winning ways
Bad start with contracts ending and players retirering i decided to bring in youngsters to help me out which proved a good option after 3 straight wins and the top 2 scorers life was good and remained good for the durationwith hardly any injuries and leading scorer i thought the kids were starting to shine and with money rolling in and kids prices rising i decided to sell and get the club closer to getting out of debt.
Final Position 9th (damm playoffs next season more to come soon so stay tuned)
