Default advise on grays in conference south

The game will go as far as you take it, it's not impossible to take them to the top but will require lots of effort, luck and most of all decent management.

Best of luck buddy

Cups also help your rep as well as the wallet... but who would want such things <derisive snort>. But I've managed to get the Grays to league one in my game, so success is possible.... not immediate, but possible.

In all honesty does every non league manager not dream of a 3rd round tie with a Prem League club?

1989 Coventry City even lost to one!(i cant remember the name but i remember Coventry losing 1-0!)
