What would be best thing you could influence SI to do is to get back to CM00/01 or CM01/02 training settings. I only should have the ability to assign coaches to different types of training. What kind of exerices are they using in the training itself, is of no concern of mine. That is a decision every coach or/and ass man should have made.

kov, can't say I agree with you there. Where you may only want the option of assigning coaches, others would want more hands on. Remember, as managers we're also "head coaches." Some managers take a more hands on approach, whilst others choose the route you do. Particularly in LLM, where staffs are small, the managers play the hands on role far more frequently. To take away that ability isn't something that SHOULD happen, in my opinion, but merely be an option.
