My return to LLM will be with my local team and footballing joke team East Stirling (the only team that actually plays in Falkirk). Firs park is just over the car park wall from my flat and the sound of third division crowds can be heard often in their sub-species growls. Can i get East Stirling into Europe? Or even out of Division 3?

Season 2004/2005

No expectations by anybody makes this a fairly easy season to play with no possibility of relegation. I secretly aim for 6th because the sqaud is very poor and the standard of player i bring is often of simialar very poor standard.
Cups are priority so i can buy my way out of this division in the future!!!

Players in 18 free transfers and out go 9 for £1000 total. 2 good loan strikers mean i'm optimistic about scoring goals but .........

Challenge cup 1st round - 1-0 defeat away to Elgin (good start)
League cup 3rd  - 4-1 away to hearts. After taking the lead i get 2 players sent off in what is a common occurance it seems. Fines all round
Scottish cup 1st replay - 4-2 away to peterhead.

Scotish Division 3 - W-16 D-8 L-12 F-62 A-52 4th

Successful season where my two loan strikers score 21 and 19 but i predict replacing them next season going to be tough. Both bound for SPL in future. Only 2 defeats (Gretna) in final 20 power me up the table but 2 promoted clubs ran away with league.

Best result a stunning 6-0 win over peterhead. Low point of season is a 9-1 defeat by Gretna. Taking the lead and getting 2 sent off again did not help. 9 league sending off is a worry.

6 more players (can i call them that?) leave b4 end of season and finances look healthy after cup run. Looking to build a team for possible promotion fight for next season.

Dunno. Can you read the sticky with rules for posting updates? 3 seasons have to be played prior to updating here. Better get those next two played PDQ

Season 2005/2006

Manage to persuade one of previous loan striker to return for another season (unambitious), the other turns me down (ungrateful).

20 players join for free and another 8 leave for £7000.

Challenge cup 1st round - 5-2 away to Ross County (no loss)
League cup 2nd round - 3-2 away to Queen of South
Scottish cup 4th round - 2-1 home to dundee

Again finances are improved but league promotion push is over quickly after star loan striker leaves on last day of January transefer window (after scoring 13) to Morton without replacement. Bring in 4 strikers on free but none perform.

Scottish Division 3 - W-18 D-7 L-11 F-67 A49 3rd

Again a good season and hope to spend well to finally get out of this division. Again the end of season much better than start but without a striker i just cound not catch up.

Feel good bout next season!!!!

What he really needs is a big slice of humble pie if he doesn't want his LLM career to end before his third season starts.

You see, a certain Scottish Mod and his kids are often involved in the "sub species growl" at Firs Park

Joke? The Shire? Run, Forrest. Run!!!

Season 2006/2007

Just noticed that last season i had 10 players sent off in league which i aim to improve but the least said about this seaons the better.

13 join for £2000 and 14 leave over season for £17000. Several of these leave because i fine them to often for discipline reasons. 14 red over the season. In second place until game 34. 1 point will secure promotion then.......... only striker who can score gets sent off (out for 2) and star midfielder gets injured. final 2 results ---- 2 loses to 9th and 10th places.

Challenge cup 2nd round - 2-1 home defeat to inverness (hate this cup)
League cup 1st round - 2-1 away to Airdrie Utd
Scottish cup 4th round (again) 5-1 home humping by dunfermline.

Scottish Division 3 - W-16 D-8 L-12 F-69 A-46
4th

Improved every season but 14 red cards???? Perhaps tactics need looking at!!!

Two things I've already liked in this thread:

1. jcb23 wanting everybody to be as maniac posting as him, and suggesting ad0128 didn't have the first three seasons played, only to be owned within a few minutes; :p

2. iajafer angry (and we all know he really got a litle angry deep inside) because of the (right) way ad0128 exposed East Stirling's fans;

3. Of course, his quite good campaign, considering he's with The Shire (always reminds me of hobbits ).

Keep up the good sending offs.

Think yourself lucky I'm not in the position to administer indiscriminate yellow cards, or even just for being Brazilian...
