post your team and tatics mor likely to get a reply
try and get some players from the league above but remember they won't bethere nxt season so you will have to use them but also have to look for talent to bring in look for young gems in the conference and league two
go through all expired contrats and offer them a contract sometimes you can get players that you dont expect to get, also look for regens in the conference.
