Does anyone know why certain scouts send their reports with Min/Max AP and others do not?

depend how good is the scout, top end scout give you the Min/Max AP, low end dont. :cool:

No, it's more to do with how long you scout them for.

If you have never scouted a player before and you just ask for "Report card only" then you'll get very few details.

Get him scouted for 3 games though, and you'll get lots of extra information too, including asking prices.

Also, I think I've noticed that if you have already asked for a report card, then asking for another one will get you more info. Not 100% sure on this yet but suspect that's the way it happens.
