Default What's with all the whinging?

I have been playing the new FM for a good few weeks now and am thoroughly enjoying it, started with York in the conference, won the treble in my first year (setanta shield, fa trophy and BSP) now I'm pushing for a play off place in my second season.

I go through losing streaks and winning streaks, fiddle with my tactics, drop players who aren’t performing, and generally play the game the way it is suppose to be played.

I suspect the majority of people complaining on these forums are those who set there tactics to an attacking 442 and expect to win every game with out tweaking. I probably tweak my tactics 3 or 4 times per game dependant on what is happening and can comfortably defend a 1 goal lead or push for a winning goal.

I have not experience any problems with the game and can't see what all the fuss is about. Does anyone who actually spends time preparing their team for a match and then watching the match and actually managing their team have problems?

I really dont understand why people who dont have issues assume that means there arent any, even when there are 16 page threads discussing such issues!

Oh no I haven't had any annoyances in my game, except -

14 mins extra time once in a game that was meant to have 3.

A ridiculous amount of chances for my team.

A ridiculous amount of open goals missed.

Fan and board confidence is terrible.

Saving At. Madrid from relegation and getting them into 13th with only 10 games since I took charge and then getting fired because of my disastrous season.

Having an expectation of League cup 5th round and losing in an earlier round against Man United and my board being furoious.

Fining my player for a red card and him accepting it but the FA remaining silent when I criticised it.

Ajax requesting £42m for Huntelaar but then selling to Porto for £12m.

Getting Wigan into Europe and making them Rich then their fans turning against me when At Madrid come calling.

Other than that i've had a ball.

Of course! George your right.

Perhaps TevezisGOD could tell me what his current stoppage settings, open goal, transfer amounts and red card settings are in his tactics section.

Sorry SI all is forgiven.

Ooo did I hit a nerve?

I have read a number of the post which document the problems, though it seems to me that people are making mountains out of molehills. As far as I’m aware I’m playing the same game as the rest of you, time running over, poor discipline and overlay large transfer fees are all part of the game in real life as far as I’m concerned…

If I can play the game, enjoy it and have some success then I can’t see why you lot can’t. If you don’t enjoy it, don’t play it and sell it on eBay, but then I suppose you would have nothing to whinge about…

Ever thought that this "whinging" you call might be constructive criticism about the game? You can hardly say that a lot of the issues are minor. (transfer market, ridicilious strikers, regens.. etc)

..also even you might get a better product in the end? Now, that should not be bad thing would it?
