Out of interest what Nationality scouts do people employ

I tend to go for -

2 English (one doing general serch and 1 looking for young player)
1 France
1 Spain
1 Italy
1 Holland
1 Brazil
1 Germany

Anyone think that is a good idea?

I'm never actually too bothered by their nationalities unless I'm a lower team, in which case I can't really be that picky. I tend to send mine off scouting regions continuously, so after a season or so, between them they have full knowledge of about 60+ countries anyway.
