I just won promotion to the Blue Square Premier League and I am trying to sign a 19 year old Trinidad & Tobago international. He has played in 7/9 available matches since the game began (77%). T&T are in the top 75 of the FIFA rankings and he has been rejected (even on appeal) at least 10 times so far. What requirement has he yet to fulfill?

I think its something like 70% of the last 16 games, so you just need to wait a little longer.

Ah...

But of course he gets dropped about 2 games before becoming available. Typical FM.
