It has happened to me on the last couple of FM's now, on 07 I got Carlos Vela (before coming on the forums and realising how good he was) and what turned out to be a striker I thought you help keep me up turned into a sensation adn then on FM08 first season in the premiership i signed jo from CSKA Moscow and he scores 35 goals in 35 games.
I know its something good but it messes up my plan to slowly build because these players cause me to overachieve, and then a season or so on i'm left up the creek buggered up because a big team steals them.
Its a bit of a downer because often when I spend like an hour looking for a perfect player for a position in my tactics and have scoured everywhere and spent ages getting scout reports they're flops but when I make desperation signings they turn out to be good, but once these players go it generally messes me up hugely because you never have two players the same and it messes my tactics up hugely lol.
