Coaches do nothing

What's the point of having coaches. ok assman is good because of if you go on holiday and because of the name. But the coaches have no impact, your team doesnt play any better, its same old, same old. It would be more fun for them to train without them, and saves on wages for me.

Couldn't agree more with you, this does put a complete halt on my enjoyment of the game as a simulation. However you're likely to get more of a responce on the bugs forum. This probably fits under the training bug which can be found at:Training Bug Post

Just gonna have to wait for patch 2. Doubt it'll be out any time soon though.
