In the First:
3rd in SPL qualified for Europe
Won Scottish Cup
Semi-Final of League Cup
Second:
3rd In SPL qualified for Europe
5th round Scottish Cup
Quarter Final League Cup
New Three Year Deal
Third:
Pre-season and everything is going well.
Until i get a damming Confidence report saying i am not performing well enougbh in my role.
What Rubbish. I have brought the fans a trophy and European qualification in two years. My job is under threat anjd the season has not even started

You'll find that the confidence feature is flawed at the moment, but it is something that will [hopefully] be addressed in the patch that it is due to be released after the Jan transfer window.
Sadly there's little else to do at the moment but to "grin and bear it". This isn't ideal, I know, but we don't like in an ideal world!

What reasons are they giving for your performance not being good enough? It's possible that because your performance in the cup competitions weren't as good in the second season as they were in the first, the board are a little disapointed. At present cup competitions are rated too highly by the board.
