Default Defense seems to push up when a ball is played over the top?
Instead of running with the striker, my defender is kind of pushing up, allowing their striker a clean run on goal.

I can't understand it as I am not playing offside.

Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

On your tactics on your defensive line make sure it is stay deep, and put your centre backs on 'defensive' mentality individually and give them low creative freedom. This should help rectify it.
