And also is there any way to get 'good' teams to be a feeder, im fed up with teams in latvia and turkey etc?

Usually about once every three months if I remember correctly.

Afraid you can only take or reject what the board offers to you.

On my game its usually about every 6 months to apply for a feeder club

i tend to forget to ask for feeders so ask once a year.
i once got perugia as a club to avoid WP issues when i asked for the first time.
other than that i get a mixture of belgium,poland,scotland,japanese and american clubs.

How does having an Italian club as a feeder help with wp issues? It might be easier to sign a non-eu player in Italy but they have special rules limiting the number of non-eu players that can play in the league at any one time and if they have reached this limit you wont be able to send a player there. The best nations for using to get around the wp rules are Poland & Belgium. The spanish 1st division is also good if you are trying to sign spanish speaking south americans.

i get this even with spanish and polish feeder clubs.

certain clubs cant avoid the wp thing, even in spain and poland.they have been rejected before even though it says avoids wp in the tab

i've found it every 4-5 months as well, but a the start of each season it "reloads" meaning i often get 3 feeder clubs a season
