Was a thread recently about it and i think that it is offline and don't think it will be coming back yet, but can't find link so i'm not 100% sure.

it was closed for good some problems, however the creator Worcester city researcher i thin is going to put his graphical delights on this site www.throw-in.com

Also placing stuff on fmformation.net whilst waiting for the new structure to Throw-In to be implemented. http://www.fmformation.net/forumdisplay.php?f=152 is the section of FMF where my stuff is starting to appear - my username on there is a shortened version of the one on here
