ive got the french stadium bck ground, like the english stadium one but unlike the english 1 the french 1 isnt showing me the pic, when im playing them any1 know why this is

Because that pack uses the team ID's instead of the stadium ID's which are different.

They should show when you look at the teams details, but they will need to be assigned the correct stadium ID's in the config file in order for you to see them on match day.

Ive had the same problem with the packs ive made. All the English leagues work, but Scotland, Spain and Italy dont show on match day.

My config also only has the team id's (just make 2 lines for every team, 1 as team other as stadium) yet England still works fine

ah no wonder, yup they do show when i look at team deatils but nt 4 the match day

A lot of the stadium and club id's are similar in England (except new stadiums such as Arsenal's and Man Ciy's). However, for most if not all other countries, they are different.

If you have the FM06 editor, you can look up the stadium ID's yourself and change the configs. I've done one for Serie A myself and got it working on match days, and there is Beefster's background pack that has a broad selection of World and European grounds that also work on matchday, so it can be done.

I have labelled all the pictures with the same ID as the ground, so it would be hard to tell who is who for the more obscure teams.

I could try and send you the whole pack and you could work them out from there. Some of the pictures are quite ropey, so I would not recommend it for general use. But it might help you and your fancy photoshopping!

Thanks alot, ive just put the pack on Sortitoutsi, but once ive got the id's i'll just upload that too, once ive changed it and i how do you know of my other packs

I don’t use them myself, because I prefer a clear picture - so you infuriate me (in the nicest possible way), because you have some cracking pictures, especially the International ones and then "ruin" them for me! :p

Anyway, keep up the good work! If I wasn't so lazy, I might do some packs myself, but I'd rather be playing than creating!!

The problem is that some of the pictures look bloody terrible when the size is increased, but adding something to them means ive more choice because it increases the quality a but and for some of the lesser known teams its very hard to get a decent picture.
