I have downloaded an english kit-pack (Premiership), but the third kits of Manchester United and Portsmouth don't show up in the game.
Does anyone know why?

i cant help u on that m8, but maybe u could help me im tryin 2 get kits now but i cant do it. i got badges n backgrounds but can get the kits could u help me plz

I downloaded them here. If it doesn't work, you have to register. It's a danish site...

May seem a dumb question - but first off - are the third kits of Manchester United and Portsmouth on your computer with all the other kits.

If they are - then the next step would be to check the config file.

Get back to me when you've checked those two items out.

I have all the kits bar the West Ham third kit working, due to the third kit not in the kit pack I download .

Man Utd / Portsmouth third kits are not in the database which is why they will not display if you add a custom kit for these

I have the same problem with third kits not showing.
But now that Ter has said that they will not show the question is how has Rodney21 got his working then?

Is there a way to get them into the database? I think it was possible to add a kit on the FM2006 editor, but it doesn't look like I can go that way on FM2007...

Rodney21: The config-file is perfecty fine, and the kits are in the right folders...

You might be able to add them by using a config file of some sort but I've not looked into how to do this yet. I'll find out and add a guide or something. I don't think this functionality is in the current version of the editor yet.

At the moment, Rodney21 is probably the best person to ask.

The code for the third kits in the config file I have just reads:

<record from="man-utd-third" to="graphics/pictures/team/680/kits/third"/>

<record from="portsmouth-third" to="graphics/pictures/team/699/kits/third"/>

The kits were downloaded from sortitoutsi.net, and placed in my documents/sports interactive/football manager 2007.

Once there a folder should appeaer titled premiership and the kits and config file will all be there and then I loaded the game and the kits appear.
