I created several coaches with no club or nation affilation. They cannot be found in game even though I searched them by name, none of them come up. Does anybody know why?

PS: I have saved and loaded the correct database.

Although you've saved and loaded the database, keep checking that option, cos something has gone wrong.

Other than that, I don't know really. Did you attach the coaches to a club? If not, and you selected a small database, or, for example, made them German, didn't contract them to a club and didn't load the German leagues, then they might not show up.
