To me it seems like changes like that in leagues cannot be made in the regular editor. Im afraid i dont know how but hav tried.

Yuo can't make those changes because league systems are hardcoded a lot of us would like to do that but SI say that it will take them ages to make that editable so I think they don't want to try and do it but thath's my opinion maybe I'm bla bla bla bla...
