I am new to the game but I am sure I read somewhere you can delete a file to allow you to manage the dutch and german national teams. Does anyone know the file I need to delete?

I don't know if I'm supposed to say this but...
they are in the database folder (called db) then there's other folder 700 (or 701 if you have the patch) then look for the folder (the german one is called "ger")
