dfsdvv is infamous around these parts
Default Non-EU player restrictions
I am Inter Milan and I have a restriction on the number of players I can buy from outside Europe. Is there a way to edit the game to get rid of this (without having to start a new game.)

No- the rules of each competition are hard coded into the game and cant be edited- you could change the nationality of a player you are interested in though.
