Moving stadium

To have a club move to a new ground in the future do you just set up the new stadium with the club as its owner and completion date in the future?

Also can the game take into account revenue from selling an old ground in the future. ie- if Liverpool move to a new ground in 2010 is there anyway to have them get the obvious cash windfall from selling off Anfield?

1)You have to create a EDT file and put in the comand
"STADIUM_MOVE" "Club ID" "Old stadium ID" "New stadium ID" "01/07/2005"-and move date but your bild date has to be before the game starts so no future build dates(it didn't work for me)
