Default Old edited data on new patch?
Can i use my edited data on this new patch?
Is it just a case of backing it up and doing the update then. Copying over my edited data over the new patched one?

Anyone tried this and have it working?.

As i don't want to install the new patch and have it not to work with the data i've edited.

You can use you're edited database with a new game. Before you create the game you get the choice as to which db you wish to use. Just select the edited one rather than the 701 edition. Hth.
