i created a database and played with it then obviosly aved it.but ive just got a new laptop and would like to play on the save game on it can u guys tell me hw to transfer the db and save game to the coreect places to enBLE ME TO PLAY IT ON MA LAPTOP

Drag and drop? Or use a pen drive to transfer the files to your laptop then put the files in the folders required. (database for database etc..) The save game you can have anywhere as you can chose the path type at the load game screen if needs be.

is that in the folder in documents or the c;drive one??

there will be a db folder, if you look in there, the database you created will be in there, just copy that folder

yes it is but when igo 2load it it says theres a problem with the db and is using the default then your game cant be loaded

It should work fine for dbs and saved games. I've done it before. On My Docs, theres an SI folder, and in there, two of the folders are "games" and "db". Open one of those, right click the db or saved game you want to put on your new laptop, select "send to" and select your pen drive from there. Do the same for each db or saved game. Put the pen drive in your new laptop, and copy and paste those files from your pen drive to the "db" and "games" folders on the laptop. It should work fine. If it doesnt, you've gone wrong somewhere, perhaps by having a patch on ur old pc and not on the laptop.
