Default Training Schedules (youth . Reserve and Senior), Help please
Okay well players in my reserve team and youth team do not seem to get any better with training. I have read the training advice on these forums by the likes of Cleon etc and from that devise a killer training strategy for my first team. But players in my reserves and youth do not seem to grow in regards to their attributes. Any advice you guys can give?

give them some 1st team experience.
start off with 15-25 minutes & go on to letteing the better player play full games in the less importent games
