Is MEDIUM we're talking about right in the dotted line? Cos I have tweaked the General Training settings.
Okay, so can I sum up like this:
- When I train Berbatov, Klose or other players with high natural fitness one notch before Heavy, in the long run he would always be tired. That's why his skills didn't go up and I have the decreasing red arrows..
- The previous point contradicts a thread I found in this Forum, so personal judgement may be necessary.
- You don't make players get better by overtraining them. Be more careful and approach with care. But I am a bit confused how. Gotta read the first thread more carefully.
I would like to ask: So how many aspects of training should a player mainly get (eg. two, as in Aerobic and Shooting, or three, or .. I dunno) Cos I currently give Alex medium training, middle bar, for nearly every aspects. He didnt complain though..

Regard medium as the default level in the general regime.
Yes, that is how I see the Berbatov situation.
My first point is I do chnage the sliders to build a schedule but don't touch any slider other than the main one once I am happy with the setup. Sorry if that wasn't clear before. Another way of doing this could be to lower fitness training only.
You should only heavily train players pre-season. Amaroq suggested trying to have players as close to 100% fit for each match as a guide to training level adjustment.
The last question depends on the player. None of my players complain about heavy pre-season training workloads, but some don't like two notches above medium in season.

I have to admit I am quite surprised about the results you state, not seeing red arrows even so dropping the training quite low in mid season.
I do not really have much injury trouble, even so actually now I got rooney, ronaldo and a DM injured for a few months. but that happened around November already.
I am not sure I have the guts to try deploy your training regime, going all that low. But I am wondering... I use quite a good squat rotation, having players of equal value at pretty much every position. That way I make sure that I do not play a player unless he is at 100%, nevermind the odd exception in very important games. Would you still require such a drastic drop in training intensity necessary under those circumstances? I am of hte impression that most of my players do get sufficient rest and while I do not see severe increases from training, I also do not see decreases... the odd green arrow.
What I personally would consider doing, after reading how low you actually drop your training, is to decrease training by one or two clicks.
I do have the odd player being unhappy with the high training workload, but I guess that is unavoidable unless creating numerous individual training regimes for these whiners. And since I use about 7 slightly different regimes for my squad, depending on where they play, I do not consider that a good option, besides the fact that I do not want to train players in their own routine, I think it is not a long term solution.
